Growing up, my parents taught me the value of difficulty. My father’s favourite phrase was ‘the privilege of struggle’. They understood that rich rewards never came easy, and discomfort often paved the way for gratifying physical and emotional wins. Whether in the classroom, on the sports field or in our home, I very quickly learned that in order to excel, the ingredients of hard work, accountability and discipline would need to be constant.
It is with immense gratitude that I have found a home at TPA. The parallels in our value sets have been astonishing to me. Every day, I get up, dress up and show up with an incredible team of like-minded people, to shift the performance needle for businesses, teams and individuals alike! It is a home of performance, and one in which I can play out my desire to work towards greatness. What more could I ask for?”
