Early on, Amanda felt drawn to consulting, pulled towards creating better and better ways of making a difference across multiple environments. With twenty years of strategic consulting experience, Amanda’s work spans the fields of learning and development, change management, organisational culture, workforce planning, performance management and HR strategy.
She has worked in the telecommunications, FMCG, transport, services and retail industries, with strong experience in both public and private sectors. As senior managing partner of TPA, consulting has offered challenge, excitement and boundless growth.

Most enamoured of the field of organisational culture, the topic is both her passionate about and best at, a la Jim Collins’ hedgehog concept. Helping organisations deliver performance through their people, and the context they create for their people, is what gets Amanda up in the morning.

Amanda holds a BA Education, BA (Hons) Psychology and BA (Hons) Human Resource Development, and is Prosci accredited.
